  • Vollzeitliche sozialpädagogische Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen (12-21
  • Jahre) in stationärer Wohngruppe;
  • Wechselschichtarbeit inklusive Nacht- und Wochenenddienst
  • Eigenständige Führung pädagogischer und erzieherischer Prozesse bei der allseitigen Persönlichkeitsentwicklung junger Menschen mit Verhaltensdefiziten, -auffälligkeiten,
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Personensorgeberechtigten und anderen
  • sozialen Bezugspersonen der Bewohner;
  • Sicherstellung und Organisation von allgemeiner geregelter Tagesstruktur und
  • Führung und Begleitung gruppendynamischer Prozesse;
  • Konfliktbewältigung und Erarbeitung von tragfähigen individuell unterschiedlichen
  • Lösungsstrategien;
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ämtern, Institutionen und Einrichtungen;
  • Dokumentation von Hilfeverläufen und Persönlichkeitsentwicklungssituationen;
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachkollegen/innen und Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung individueller kurz- und mittelfristiger Zielvereinbarungen

zwingend erforderlich:

  • Staatlich anerkannte Erzieher/in, Sozialpädagogen/in, Sozialarbeiter/in
  • Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Office Programmen
  • wünschenswert:
  • Erfahrungen in der sozialen Arbeit ist vorteilhaft
