Wir bieten Ambulant Betreutes Wohnen für Menschen an, die Begleitung und Unterstützung bei der praktischen Lebensgestaltung benötigen, aufgrund einer Suchterkrankung, psychischen Erkrankung oder Doppeldiagnose.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger/in oder einen Abschluss einer angehörigen vergleichbaren Berufsgruppe wie Erzieher/-in, Pflegefachkraft, Ergotherapeut/-in oder Heilpädagogen/-in.
  • Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Arbeit des Ambulant Betreuten Wohnens (Unterstützung bei Alltagsproblemen, Entwicklung ansprechender Freizeitangebote, Erstellung von Individuellen Hilfeplänen usw.)
  • Sie wollen Verantwortung tragen und wollen engagiert an der Umsetzung unseres Konzepts mitwirken.
  • Sie denken und handeln lösungsorientiert und stellen sich gern neuen Aufgaben.
  • Sie sind zeitlich flexibel und verfügen über FS B PKW/Kleinbusse – idealerweise mit Zugriff auf einen eigenen PKW.
  • Ihre Eigenorganisation ist sehr gut und Krisenintervention ist nicht fremd für Sie.
