Unsere ElternInitiativ-Kita „Traumhaus Kladow e. V.“ im grünen Herzen von Berlin-Kladow sucht DICH! Seit über 40 Jahren begleiten wir Kinder liebevoll, partizipativ und mit viel Herz in ihrer Entwicklung – und vielleicht bist du schon bald ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams.

  • Wir suchen eine*n Erzieher*in (m/w/d) – 30,00 Std. – ab 1.11.2026 oder später
  • …für alle, die gern Chaos bändigen, Lachen lieben und pädagogisch richtig was draufhaben!
  • Willkommen in der ElternInitiativ-Kita „Traumhaus Kladow e. V.“ – der Ort, an dem Gummistiefel niemals sortiert bleiben, wo Fantasie lauter ist als Ordnung und Kinder jeden Tag zeigen, wie wunderbar die Welt eigentlich ist.

👀 Wer wir sind:

  • kleine, gemütliche Kita im grünen Berlin Kladow
  • 54 Kinder (lautstärketechnisch gefühlt 80)
  • Öffnungszeiten Mo.-Do. 7:00–17:00 Uhr & Fr. 7:00-16:00
  • liebevolle Atmosphäre und engagiertes Team
  • kleine Gruppen mit max. 14 Kindern

  • staatlich anerkannte*n Erzieher*in
  • Gruppenleitung ohne Megafon
  • wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Eltern (auch wenn Hausschuhe fehlen)
