Wegweiser ist seit 2008 ein Träger stationärer und ambulanter Jugendhilfeangebote mit Sitz in Heinsberg. Wir entwickeln, planen und realisieren flexible und individuelle Hilfsangebote für Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien.

Für unsere familienanaloge Intensiv-Wohngruppe gemäß § 34 SGB VIII in Waldfeucht-Haaren für 7 Bewohner\*innen zwischen 9 und 12 Jahren suchen wir ab sofort eine/n ausgebildete/n, engagierte/n und berufserfahrene/n Erzieher/in im Schichtdienst.

  • Zu den Aufgaben gehören:
  • Betreuung der Kinder in der Wohngruppe
  • Gestaltung des Alltags und des Gemeinschaftslebens
  • Förderung der sozialen und emotionalen Entwicklung
  • Begleitung zu Ärzten, Therapeuten und sonstigen Beratungs- und Unterstützungsangeboten
  • Unsere Erwartungen:
  • Freude an der Entwicklung von Kindern
  • Zielgerichtete, selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit zur Reflexion
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Sozialkompetenz und Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht – und Wochenendarbeit
  • Wir bieten:
