  • In unsrer im Februar 2024 neu eröffneten Kita Morgentau in Lorsch stehen die Kinder im Mittelpunkt als einzigartige Entdecker ihrer Umwelt und ihrer eigenen Persönlichkeit.
  • Im Herbst 2026 ziehen die beiden bestehenden Kita-Gruppen aus den Containerns in ihren Neubau direkt am Lorscher Wald und nun können wir auch die dritte Kita-Gruppe eröffnen. Dafür suchen wir noch eine Erzieherin/pädagogische Fachkraft gem. §25b Abs. 1, gerne in Vollzeit
  • Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie bei uns:
  • Bildung, Erziehung und Betreuung der uns anvertrauten Kinder gemäß des Hessischen Bildungs- und Erziehungsplanes
  • Umsetzung und Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung der pädagogischen Konzeption
  • ganzheitliche und situationsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • liebevolle und individuelle Förderung jedes einzelnen Kindes
  • wertvolle Gestaltung von Alltagssituationen gemeinsam mit den Kindern
  • aktive Einbringung in die Gestaltung des pädagogischen Tagesablaufs
  • aktive Teamarbeit und regelmäßige Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen
  • zugewandte und professionelle Bildungs- und Erziehungspartnerschaft mit den Eltern
