Der Waldkindergarten „Wilde Möhre“ in Fürth-Steinbach sucht zum 01.01.2027 eine engagierte pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d). Bei uns wird der Wald zum Lern- und Erlebnisraum, in dem Kinder die Welt mit allen Sinnen entdecken können.

🌳 Deine Aufgaben

  • Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern von 3 Jahren bis zum Schuleintritt
  • Planung und Durchführung naturpädagogischer Angebote
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der kindlichen Entwicklung
  • Mitgestaltung unseres pädagogischen Konzepts
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Team

🍂 Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte:r Erzieher:in, Sozialpädagog:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und in der Natur
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Wertschätzende Haltung und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Wald- oder Naturpädagogik
