Die Evangelische Rheingemeinde Duisburg sucht zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine unbefristete pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d)

für eine Vollzeitstelle im Umfang von 39,0 Std./Woche im Ev. Kindergarten und Familienzentrum - Kneipp-Kindergarten Wanheim oder im Ev. Kindergarten Vogelsangplatz, Wanheimerort.

Es werden z.Zt. 43 Kinder im Alter von 2 bis 6 Jahren in 2 Gruppen betreut.

Aufgabenprofil

  • Betreuung, Pflege und Förderung der Kinder in Bezug auf Sozialverhalten, Motorik, kognitive und kreative Fähigkeiten
  • Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion der pädagogischen Arbeit
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation von Lernprozessen

Anforderungsprofil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur staatlich anerkannten Erzieher/in oder einer vergleichbaren anerkannten Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung
  • Bereitschaft zur Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Teamfähigkeit
