Wir suchen Fachkräfte in Festanstellung für die Arbeit in einer unserer sechs Kindertageseinrichtungen im Stadtgebiet Oberhausen.

Das LÖWENZAHN-Team möchte etwas bewirken und bewegen. Daher suchen wir pädagogische Fachkräfte, die nicht nur gern Ihren Beruf ausüben, sondern darüber hinaus immer offen für Weiterentwicklung sind. Lebenslanges Lernen ist uns wichtig. Deshalb wünschen wir uns Teammitglieder, die sich aktiv weiterbilden möchten. Wir betreiben dazu ein eigenes Weiterbildungswerk, das theoretische und praktische Seminare zu unterschiedlichsten Themen anbietet.

## Viele Persönlichkeiten formen ein Team

Wir legen Wert darauf, dass sich unser Team gut versteht und durch die Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse eines jeden bereichert wird: Wir haben ältere Kollegen, die zusammen mit den jüngeren arbeiten. Einige Kräfte spielen Instrumente oder treiben Sport im Verein. All das kommt auch den Kindern im Kindergarten zu Gute. Daher suchen wir Mitarbeiter, die gerne im Team arbeiten und gemeinsam mit anderen die Kita jeden Tag besser machen möchten.
