### IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Gruppenarbeit

  • Mitgestaltung des Tagesablaufs
  • Durchführung von altersgerechten Spielen und Exkursionen
  • Beobachtung des Verhaltens und Befinden der Kinder
  • Beobachtung des altersgemäßen Entwicklungsstandes
  • Beobachtung des Sozialverhaltens
  • Spielerisches Lernen mit den Vorschulkindern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres pädagogischen Konzeptes

### IHR PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/r Erzieher/in oder ähnlich erwünscht
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Bereitschaft zur intensiven Elternarbeit
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Zuverlässigkeit
