Wir, die Jugendwerk Rolandmühle gemeinnützige GmbH, suchen für unsere Wohngruppen im stationären Bereich am Standort Burg zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine motivierte, innovative und kreative pädagogische Fachkraft , die Lust und Freude daran hat, Kinder und Jugendliche zu fördern und zu begleiten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Umsetzung des pädagogischen Alltags sowie von Freizeitangeboten
  • Anleitung der Zielgruppe im lebenspraktischen Bereich
  • Dokumentation der gesamten pädagogischen Arbeit
  • Familienarbeit
  • Netzwerkarbeit (Jugendamt, Sportvereine etc.)

Ihr Profil:

  • (mindestens) abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieher\*in
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit (keine Nachtschichten)
