Ihr fachliches Profil umfasst:

eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieher/in oder Abschluss als pädagogische Fachkraft im Sinne des §1 der SächsQualiVO

Ihr persönliches Profil umfasst:

Freude an einer Zusammenarbeit in einem Team
eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
die pädagogische Fachkompetenz in der Bildung, Betreuung und Erziehung von Kindern in Tageseinrichtungen
eine partnerschaftliche, von Wertschätzung geprägte Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
die Bereitschaft sich zukunftsorientiert weiterbilden zu wollen
