  • Ambulante Begleitung und Beratung von Familien im Alltag
  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe
  • Entwicklung individueller Hilfepläne & deren Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung in Erziehungsfragen & Alltagsstruktur
  • Kooperation mit Jugendämtern, Schulen & Fachstellen
  • Dokumentation (digital), Hilfeplan- und Entwicklungsberichte

  • Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in / Heilerziehungspfleger\*in
  • Empathie, kulturelle Offenheit & Beratungskompetenz
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Führerschein Klasse B (wünschenswert)
