Deine Aufgabengebiete:

  • Erziehen, Betreuen und Fördern von Kindern: Krippen- oder Elementarbereich
  • Planung und Durchführung von gruppenbezogenen Angeboten und Projekten, wie z. B. Sport, Singen und Tanzen, Sprache, Werken, Technik
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch und Reflexion mit den Kollegen zur tagesaktuellen Abstimmung

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich als Erzieher (m/w/d):

  • Ausbildung zum Erzieher/in (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fähigkeit, sich auf Kinder mit unterschiedlichen kulturellen und nationalen Hintergründen sowie mit verschiedenen sozialen Problemlagen einzustellen
  • Reflexionsvermögen bzgl. der eigenen Haltung und Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Sensibilität für Gruppendynamiken und unterschiedliches Sozialverhalten der Kinder
