Ihr Profil

  • Sie besitzen einen Abschluss als Staatlich anerkannte:r Erzieher:in oder Abschluss als Diplompädagog:in
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern mit besonderem Unterstützungs- oder Förderbedarf
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Verantwortungsbewusstsein aus
  • Sie verfügen über Sensibilität im Umgang mit Kindern und Eltern, Engagement sowie ein hohes Maß an sozialer und interkultureller Kompetenz

Ihre Aufgaben

  • eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von Betreuungs-, Erziehungs- und Bildungsaufgaben
  • Begleitung der Kinder bei der Entwicklung ihrer individuellen Fähigkeiten
  • Einbindung der Eltern im Sinne einer respektvollen Erziehungspartnerschaft
