*Der „Florian“ öffnete seine Tore im Jahr 1989. Wir begleiten die Kinder auf ihrem Weg groß zu werden, unterstützen sie beim „Fliegen lernen“ und dabei die Welt zu entdecken. Wir schätzen die Persönlichkeit und Fähigkeiten jedes einzelnen Kindes. Wir betten sie herzlich in unsere Florianfamilie, kochen für sie, essen gemeinsam mit ihnen, lassen sie an Projekten und Veranstaltungen teilhaben und geben ihnen eine Rolle in unserer Floriangesellschaft. Ein steter Austausch mit den Eltern ist uns dabei sehr wichtig. Im Florian haben bis zu 45 Kinder von unter einem Jahr bis zur Einschulung in 2 Gruppen ihr zweites Zuhause. Inklusion ist für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit.*

# Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Erzieher\*in (m/w/d) oder Kinderpfleger\*in (m/w/d) in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit.

## Wir erwarten:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in, Kinderpfleger\*in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Ü3-Bereich
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

## Wir bieten:

  • Eine befristete Anstellung bis zum 31.07.2028 als Erzieher\*in oder Kinderpfleger\*in im Gruppendienst Ü3
