Erzieher*in (m/w/d) mit 20 Wochenstunden und eine*n Sozialpädagogische*n Assistent*in (m/w/d) als Krankheitsvertretung

  • In der Kindertagesstätte St. Thomas gibt es 90 Kinder aufgeteilt in drei Elementargruppen, einer Krippengruppe und einer Hortgruppe. Wir gehören zu der Evangelischen Kirchengemeinde St. Thomas in Grünhof-Tesperhude.
  • Unser pädagogisches Konzept orientiert sich am Leitbild der Evangelischen Kirche. Unter dem Motto „Mit Gott groß werden“, entdecken die Kinder die Zusammenhänge des Lebens und erfahren gelingende Gemeinschaft.
  • Ihr Profil
  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als ErzieherIn oder Sozialpädagogische Assistenz
  • Sie haben Freude, mit Kindern die Welt zu entdecken
  • Sie reflektieren Ihre Arbeit, sind kontakt- und teamfähig
  • Sie gehen mit Eltern eine qualitativ hochwertige und professionelle Erziehungspartnerschaft ein
  • Sie sind kreativ und gehen einfühlsam und wertschätzend mit Kindern um
