Für unsere Kindertagesstätte „Am Holzwinkel“ in Stadthagen suchen wir 1 engagierte\*n

Erzieher\*in m/w/d als unbefristete Vertretungskraft im U 3 Bereich

Anforderungsprofil

  • Sie sind in Besitz einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in
  • Sie verfügen über Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit, Lernbereitschaft
  • Sie haben Freude und Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern im U3 Bereich
  • Sie verfügen über Motivation, Methoden und konstruktive Ideen in der pädagogischen Arbeit: halboffenes Konzept mit Funktionsräume, Bildung für nachhaltige Entwicklung, Partizipation
  • Sie sind team- und kommunikationsfähig
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit dem Situationsansatz
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Sie haben ein tolerantes Menschenbild

und können sich mit den Werten der AWO identifizieren.
