Für Projekte im Nordkreis suchen wir ab 01.09.2026 bis zum 31.08.2027 (gerne auch Verlängerung)

eine/n Sozialpädagogen\*in/ Erzieher\*in (m/w/d) in VZ oder TZ 

Ziel der sozialpädagogischen Begleitung ist:

die Bewältigung von Hemmnissen durch Herstellung der individuellen Grundstabiliät bei Problemlagen sowie die Herstellung eines positiven Lern- und Arbeitsverhaltens zu erreichen

Alltagshilfen, Hilfestellung bei Problemlagen (z.B. Krisenintervention)

Entwicklungsfördernde Beratung und Einzelfallhilfe

Verhaltenstraining

Suchtprävention

Angebote zur Förderung der Selbständigkeit und Vermeidung von Abbrüchen

Ansprechpartner für Betriebe bei ggf. auftretende Schwierigkeiten im Ausbildungs-/Arbeitsverhältnis

Gewünschte Voraussetzungen:

Es ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung zum Erzieher\*in wird vorausgesetzt
