Der Kaktus – Jugend- und Familienhilfeeinrichtungen e. V ist ein gemeinnütziger Verein, der in Aachen seit über 40 Jahren Leistungen im Bereich der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe anbietet. Der Verein betreibt eine stationäre Wohngruppe für Jugendliche mit insgesamt 14 Plätzen sowie ein Büro für Flexible / Individuelle Hilfen gem. §§ 27 ff. SGB VIII (Flexible Hilfen).

Wir suchen für unseren ambulanten Bereich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine sozialpädagogische Fachkraft mit folgendem Abschluss:

## Diplom-Sozialarbeiter\*in / Diplom-Sozialpädagog\*in (FH), Psycholog\*in, Soziolog\*in oder Soziale Arbeit BA/MA als Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe, Erzieher\*in, Heilerzieher\*in, Kinderpfleger\*in, Heilpädagog\*in

### Aufgaben:

  • Sozialpädagogische Familienhilfe
  • Erziehungsbeistände
  • begleitete Umgänge
  • Klärung

### Wir suchen:

  • eine Fachkraft mit der Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Handeln
  • Von Vorteil sind dabei berufliche Erfahrungen aus dem Bereich des SGB VIII,
  • sowie ein Pkw und die Führerscheinklasse 3 bzw. B

### Wir bieten Ihnen:

  • zunächst ein auf ein Jahr befristetes Arbeitsverhältnis mit einem Stellenumfang von zunächst 50-75%. Eine spätere Aufstockung auf bis zu 100% sowie eine Festanstellung sind möglich
  • Die Probezeit beträgt 3 Monate
  • Die Vergütung erfolgt nach dem TVÖD/Bund
