für die Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in einer stationären Kinder- und Jugendhilfeeinrichtung nach §34 und §35a SGB VIII, im Haus Füertorn auf Norderney gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in ihrem Alltag
  • Begleitung zu Therapiefahrten auf dem Festland
  • fachliche Tagesdokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Kindergärten, Schulen, Beratungsstellen, Behörden
  • Teilnahme an der Teambesprechung und Bereitschaft zur Supervision
  • Wahrung des Kindeswohls
  • 40h/Woche im Schichtdienst

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe wünschenswert, auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
  • Bereitschaft, sich mit dem traumapädagogischen Ansatz auseinanderzusetzen oder Vorerfahrungen in diesem Bereich
  • Bereitschaft zu Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
  • sie haben ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein Klasse B
