Werde jetzt Teil unseres Teams für den Einsatzbereich Inklusionsassistenz in Erkelenz.

Wir suchen Dich für ein Mädchen am Cusanus Gymnasium in Erkelenz. Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt ca. 26,00 Stunden .

Deine Aufgaben

  • das Mädchen in den schulischen Alltag und die Klassengemeinschaft integrieren
  • pädagogische Begleitung, um die Teilhabe an Bildung zu unterstützen
  • Netzwerkarbeit: Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrpersonal, Eltern und anderen Fachkräften
  • Erstellen von Berichten für Leistungsträger und Dokumentation
  • individuelle Teilhabeplanung

Dein Profil

  • eine abgeschlossene pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • empathische und wertschätzende Haltung
  • flexibles und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
