Ihre Mission:

  • Flexible Unterstützung in verschiedenen U3- und Ü3-Gruppen
  • Liebevolle Betreuung und individuelle Förderung der Kinder
  • Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und den Teams vor Ort
  • Unterstützung bei personellen Engpässen und Vertretungseinsätzen

Ihre Skills:

  • Staatliche Anerkennung als Erzieher (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare, in Hessen anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern verschiedener Altersgruppen
  • Flexibilität und Offenheit für wechselnde Einsatzorte
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
