  • Arbeiten in Gruppen von sprachbehinderten Kindern im Alter von 3 bis 7 Jahren
  • Fähigkeit zur engen Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team
  • Kreativität und Einsatzfreude
  • Anleitung von Praktikant\*innen

## IHRE FÄHIGKEITEN UND QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Erziehung
  • Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit für die Zusammenarbeit
  • Motivation, Innovationskraft und Begeisterung für die tägliche Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Bejahung des christlich-diakonischen Auftrages und Mitgestaltung unserer diakonischen Arbeit
