Meine Aufgaben:

  • Du begleitest und förderst Kinder liebevoll, kreativ und individuell in ihrer Entwicklung
  • Du planst und gestaltest altersgerechte pädagogische Angebote und Aktivitäten
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Eltern, Kolleg:innen und weiteren Ansprechpartner:innen zusammen
  • Du begleitest die Entwicklung der Kinder und dokumentierst ihre Fortschritte sorgfältig
  • Du schaffst eine sichere und wertschätzende Umgebung, in der sich Kinder wohlfühlen und entfalten können

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Empathie und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohes Engagement
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern verschiedener Altersgruppen
  • Führerschein und eigener PKW von Vorteil
