### Ihr Alltag bei uns:

  • Betreuung, Begleitung und Bildung einer Gruppe von Kindern
  • Gestaltung des pädagogischen Gruppenalltags und alle sonstigen anfallenden Aufgaben
  • Beobachtung des einzelnen Kindes und Dokumentation von Bildungsprozessen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der einrichtungsspezifischen Konzeption

### Damit sind Sie bei uns erfolgreich:

  • Erzieher (m/w/d) oder Sozialarbeiter oder vergleichbar (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Kindertageseinrichtung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Reggiopädagogik
