Der Förderverein Roma e.V. sucht für den Kindergarten der Kita Schaworalle eine Erzieherin oder einen Erzieher.

Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle die nach TVÖD S 9 vergütet wird. Die Kindertagesstätte Schaworalle wird vor allem von Kindern aus rumänischen Roma-Familien besucht. Die Kindergartengruppe umfasst 25 Kinder im Alter von drei bis sechs Jahren.

Wir erwarten von der Bewerberin/dem Bewerber Empathie, interkulturelle Kompetenz, Engagement, Kreativität, Selbständigkeit und die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit. Erfahrungen in der Kita-Arbeit, im Bereich des Kindergartens insbesondere in der Bewegungserziehung und/oder der Sprachförderung sind wünschenswert.

  • Vergütung: analog TVÖD SuE 9, 100 % Weihnachtsgeld, Zusatzversorgung,
  • 30 Tage Jahresurlaub, kontinuierliche Weiterbildung
  • Qualifikation: Erzieherin/Erzieher mit staatlicher Anerkennung
  • Erwünschte Qualifikation: gute Deutschkenntnisse, Romanes oder Rumänisch erwünscht
