Die dynamische Gemeinde Oftersheim im Rhein-Neckar-Kreis sucht motivierte Erzieher:innen für die Krippenbetreuung in der Albert-Schweitzer-Kita. Die Vollzeitstellen sind ab sofort für zwei Jahre befristet und sowohl für Berufseinsteiger:innen als auch erfahrene Fachkräfte geeignet. Unsere Kita betreut Kinder von einem Jahr bis zum Schuleintritt in fünf Gruppen. Wir bieten ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, ein engagiertes Team, umfangreiche Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten, Fahrradleasing und attraktive Mitarbeiterrabatte. Die Vergütung erfolgt nach TVöD SuE. Voraussetzungen sind eine staatliche Anerkennung als Erzieher:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation gemäß § 7 KiTaG BW, Engagement, Kreativität und Teamfähigkeit.
