  • Das sind Deine Aufgaben:
  • Förderung und Betreuung von Kindern entsprechend ihrer individuellen Bedürfnisse
  • Planung, Durchführung und Reflexion pädagogischer Angebote
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsfortschritte und Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern
  • Begleitung im Alltag sowie Unterstützung bei Bildungs- und Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Umsetzung des Schutzauftrags nach §8a SGB VIII
  • Das bringst Du mit:
  • Wir suchen Erzieher (m/w/d), Pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) oder Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d)
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamgeist
  • Flexibilität und Freude an wechselnden Einsatzorten
