  • Förderung und Betreuung von Kindern im Gruppenalltag
  • Planung und Durchführung pädagogischer Angebote
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und dem Team
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung individueller Förderpläne
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher/in oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Teamgeist
  • Flexibilität sowie Freude an pädagogischer Arbeit
