  • Zum nächstmöglich Zeitpunkt suchen wir Erzieher für den Einsatz in der Behindertenhilfe. Der Stellenumfang beträgt 30-35 Wochenstunden.
  • Ihre Aufgaben als Erzieher
  • Individuelle Förderung, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen mit Behinderung
  • Unterstützung bei Alltagsaktivitäten (Pflege, Hygiene, Mobilität)
  • Erstellung von Gruppenangeboten
  • Dokumentation von Lern- und Entwicklungsfortschritten, Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen
  • Das bringen Sie als Erzieher mit
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Erzieher/ in, Heilerziehungspfleger/ in, Kindheitspädagoge/ in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung in der Behindertenhilfe wünschenswert
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten, Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
