Der Kinder- und Jugendhilfeverbund "Janusz Korczak" ist eine Jugendhilfeeinrichtung der EJF gAG mit ca. 100 Plätzen in diversen Wohngruppen in Lichtenberg, Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg und Treptow-Köpenick. Darüber hinaus gibt es ambulante Angebote der Hilfen zur Erziehung für Kinder, Jugendliche und Eltern.

Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit (18,5 h/Woche), unbefristet.

  • Aufgaben
  • Betreuung rund um die Uhr im 24h-Schichtdienst
  • Perspektiventwicklung und Perspektivklärung
  • Alltagsbegleitung, Konfliktbewältigung, Krisenmanagement und freizeitpädagogische Angebote
  • Elternarbeit und Kooperation mit Jugendämtern, Schulen, Ärzt:innen und Therapeut:innen
  • Voraussetzungen
  • Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte:r Erzieher:in
  • Bereitschaft, sich auf intensive Beziehungsarbeit einzulassen
  • Engagement, Kooperations- und Konfliktfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Verlässlichkeit und Verbindlichkeit
  • Kooperationsfähigkeit in einem Team bei gleichzeitig sehr eigenverantwortlichem Arbeiten

  • Attraktive Vergütung: 3.798,70 bis 4.598,43 Euro brutto (Vollzeit, je nach Berufserfahrung, inkl. Fachkraftzulage, Tarifvertrag AVR DWBO West) zzgl. Jahressonderzahlung
