### Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern
  • Entwicklung pädagogischer Konzepte
  • Förderung sozialer Kompetenzen
  • Organisation des Alltags
  • Dokumentation und Beobachtung

### Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Empathie, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

### Was wir dir bieten:
