Für unsere Wohngruppe in Anklam suchen wir ab sofort eine motivierte pädagogische Fachkraft zur Einstellung.

  • Die Sozialarbeit Vorpommern gGmbH ist anerkannter und freier Träger der Jugendhilfe. Wir sind vorrangig regional tätig und arbeiten als konfessionell ungebundener Träger seit über 15 Jahren in der Kinder- u. Jugendhilfe. Im Mittelpunkt unseres Handels stehen die Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe für unsere zu betreuenden Familien und die konsequente Umsetzung des Kinderschutzes.
  • Wenn Sie über einen anerkannten Abschluss als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher/Heilerzieher oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss verfügen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen haben bewerben Sie sich bei uns.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pädagogische Betreuung von Kindern in einer Wohngruppe der Jugendhilfe gem. § 27 i.V.m.§§ 34, 35a SGB VIII,
  • Unterstützung der Kinder u. Jugendlichen beim Erlernen von Sozialkompetenzen,
  • Vermittlung lebenspraktischer Fähigkeiten, Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung der Hilfeplanung,
  • Bereitschaft im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten.
