## 🎯 Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pädagogische Betreuung und Förderung von Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Bildungsangeboten
  • Dokumentation und Entwicklungsberichte
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern, Trägern und interdisziplinären Teams
  • Mitgestaltung des pädagogischen Konzepts

## ✅ Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Empathie und Engagement
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
