  • Ausbildung zum Erzieher (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Offenheit für unterschiedliche kulturelle und soziale Hintergründe
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Gelassenheit und Reflexionsfähigkeit
  • Lust, Deine Erfahrung weiterzugeben – ohne Leistungsdruck
