  • -- Verantwortung für die pädagogische Betreuung, Förderung und Erziehung in unterschiedlichen Altersgruppen
  • -- Planung und Durchführung von Bildungsangeboten und Freizeitaktivitäten zur individuellen Förderung
  • -- Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklung
  • -- Unterstützung und Beratung von erzieherischen und entwicklungsbezogenen Fragen
  • -- Schaffung eines sicheren, positiven und anregenden Umfelds
  • -- Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und anderen Fachkräften sowie Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Team- und Elterngesprächen
  • -- Einhaltung von pädagogischen Konzepten und Umsetzung der jeweiligen Bildungspläne
  • Ihr Profil:
  • -- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • -- Freude an der Arbeit mit Klienten und die Fähigkeit, deren Entwicklung positiv zu beeinflussen
  • -- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • -- Kreativität und Flexibilität in der Gestaltung von Bildungsangeboten
  • -- Empathie und ein respektvoller Umgang Klienten
  • -- Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Fort- und Weiterbildung
