Für eine etablierte Kindertagesstätte im Raum Sömmerda suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten und qualifizierten Erzieher (m/w/d) in Teilzeit mit einer Wochenarbeitszeit von 25 Stunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pädagogische Betreuung: Individualisierte Förderung, Bildung und Erziehung von Kindern im Kita-Alltag nach den geltenden Bildungsstandards
  • Gestaltung des Tagesablaufs: Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von altersgerechten Lern-, Spiel- und Freizeitangeboten
  • Elternarbeit: Führung von Entwicklungsgesprächen sowie vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den Erziehungsberechtigten
  • Dokumentation: Beobachtung und systematische Dokumentation der kindlichen Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Teamarbeit: Aktive Mitgestaltung von Dienstbesprechungen, Teamentwicklung und pädagogischen Konzepten

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher (m/w/d) , Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare, staatlich anerkannte pädagogische Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der frühkindlichen Bildung und Entwicklung
  • Ein hohes Maß an Empathie, Geduld, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses (bei Einstellung)
