  • Regelmäßiger Austausch und Reflexion mit den Kollegen zur tagesaktuellen Abstimmung
  • Unsere Anforderungen an Dich als Erzieher (m/w/d):
  • Ausbildung zum Erzieher (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fähigkeit, sich auf Kinder mit unterschiedlichen kulturellen und nationalen Hintergründen sowie mit verschiedenen sozialen Problemlagen einzustellen
  • Reflexionsvermögen bzgl. der eigenen Haltung und Arbeit mit Kindern
  • Sensibilität für Gruppendynamiken und unterschiedliches Sozialverhalten der Kinder
