Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen:

  • die Bildung, Förderung und Betreuung der Kinder nach dem bayerischen Bildungs- und Erziehungsplan
  • Planung und Umsetzung pädagogischer Angebote gemeinsam mit dem Gruppenteam
  • aktive Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer pädagogischen Konzeption
  • die Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Kinder

  • Bereitschaft für Fort- und Weiterbildungen
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare, anerkannte pädagogische Qualifikation
