  • Für unsere intensivpädagogische Jugendwohngruppe suchen wir Erzieher
  • (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (Wochenstunden nach Vereinbarung). Das
  • erwartet Sie Alters- und entwicklungsgemäße Beaufsichtigung der
  • Jugendlichen im Alltag sowie Begleitung zu schulischen und
  • medizinischen Terminen. Schaffung von Tagesstrukturen sowie Freizeit-
  • und Bildungsangeboten. Durchführung von einzel- und
  • gruppenpädagogischen Maßnahmen. Planung und Dokumentation des
  • Erziehungsprozesses sowie Intervention bei Konflikten und Entwicklung
  • von Konfliktlösungsstrategien. Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Ärzten,
  • Schulen und Ausbildungsbetrieben. Mitverantwortung für den
  • ordnungsgemäßen Zustand der Räumlichkeiten und des Außengeländes.
  • Das zeichnet Sie aus Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich
  • anerkannten Erzieher (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrungen in der pädagogischen Arbeit
  • einer Jugendwohngruppe sowie eine traumasensible Grundhaltung. Freude
  • an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen. Ausgeprägte
  • Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit. Bereitschaft zu Nacht- und
  • Wochenendarbeit. Das bieten wir Ihnen 13. Monatsgehalt. 30 Tage Urlaub
