  • Position: Jahrgangsassistenz (m/w/d)
  • Einsatzorte: Tostedt und Neu Wulmstorf
  • Beschäftigungsart: Teilzeit (bis zu 23 Wochenstunden)
  • Eintrittsdatum: ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Begleitung einzelner Schüler:innen oder Kleingruppen im Klassen- und Fachunterricht
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Differenzierungs- und Fördermaßnahmen
  • Hilfestellung bei der sozialen Integration innerhalb der Klassengemeinschaft
  • Begleitung bei Übergängen (Raumwechsel, Pausen, Schulveranstaltungen, Ausflüge)
  • Befähigung der Kinder und Jugendlichen unter Einbezug der Ressourcen zu einer selbstständigen schulischen Teilhabe.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften des Jahrgangs
  • Austausch mit Schulsozialarbeit, Förderschullehrkräften und ggf. weiteren Fachkräften

Die Anstellung ist maßnahme-bezogen befristet.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in , Heilerziehungspfleger\*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Sozialen Arbeit erwünscht
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie Teamfähigkeit
