  • Für eine lebendige Kindertageseinrichtung in Oberursel suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden eine engagierte pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d), die gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team von rund 40 Mitarbeitenden Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung begleitet. Die Einrichtung umfasst 5 altersgemischte Kindergartengruppen - darunter Integrationsgruppen - sowie 3 Krippengruppen.

Aufgaben

  • Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern im Kindergartenbereich
  • Mitarbeit in altersgemischten Gruppen, auch in Integrationsgruppen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem kollegialen Team mit ca. 40 Fachkräften
  • Elternarbeit und aktive Mitgestaltung des pädagogischen Alltags

Stellenanforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d), Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder Kinderpfleger (m/w/d) mit Aufstiegsqualifikation -- auch als Heilpädagoge (m/w/d) oder Sozialassistent (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung willkommen
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern unterschiedlicher Altersgruppen
  • Teamgeist und eine wertschätzende Haltung gegenüber Kindern, Eltern und Kollegen
  • Erfahrung in der Integrationsarbeit ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
