Für eine liebevolle Kinderkrippe in Darmstadt suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden eine engagierte pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d), die Kinder in ihrer frühkindlichen Entwicklung begleitet und fördert. Erzieher (m/w/d) Kinderkrippe

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung, Förderung und liebevolle Begleitung von Kindern im Krippenalter (0--3 Jahre)
  • Planung und Durchführung altersgerechter pädagogischer Angebote und Aktivitäten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern im Rahmen einer vertrauensvollen Erziehungspartnerschaft
  • Dokumentation der kindlichen Entwicklungsschritte

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher (m/w/d), Kinderpfleger (m/w/d), Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare pädagogische Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Krippenbetreuung ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Freude an der Arbeit mit den Kleinsten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
