### Was es bei uns zu tun gibt:

  • Begleitung und Unterstützung der Kinder in Lern- und Entwicklungssituationen und Bildungsprozessen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von gezielten Impulsen und Angeboten in den Bildungsbereichen
  • Planung und Durchführung von eigenen Projekten
  • Beobachtung, Dokumentation und Führen der Portfolios der Bezugskinder nach dem infanskonzept
  • Anleitung von (Berufs-) Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten
  • konzeptionelle Arbeit im Fachkräfte-Team

### Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:

  • eine Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannte Erzieherin und Erzieher oder die Eignung als pädagogische Fachkraft in Kitas nach § 7 KiTaG
  • fundiertes theoretische Wissen und breites methodisches Repertoire im Bereich der Pädagogik
  • Begeisterung bei der Umsetzung des infans-Konzeptes
  • Kenntnisse der Anforderungen des Orientierungsplanes Baden-Württemberg
