Eine/n Erzieher/in (m/w/d)

zur Unterstützung unseres Teams.

mit einem Stellenumfang von 75% (derzeit 29,25 h/Woche)

befristet bis 04.05.2028

Wir sind eine evangelische, viergruppige Kindertagesstätte direkt auf dem Mallendarer Berg. Die Einrichtung ist geprägt durch das christliche Leitbild, Partizipation und Toleranz.

Wir gehen auf die Interessen und Bedürfnisse der Kinder ein, indem wir diese im pädagogischen Alltag aufnehmen.

Eine anregend gestaltete Umgebung mit vielfältigen Materialien fördert die Bildungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse der Kinder.

Sie erfüllen folgende Voraussetzungen

Erzieher/in mit staatl. Anerkennung, Kindheitspädagoge/in

Mitgliedschaft in einer christlichen Kirche (ACK)

Eventuell Erfahrungen im Krippenbereich

Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

Sie haben Interesse sich fachlich weiterzubilden oder bringen zusätzliche Qualifikationen z.B. Ernährung und Bewegung, Naturpädagogik, Sprachförderung mit

Sie sind verantwortungsbewusst, zuverlässig, teamfähig und setzen sich mit uns dafür ein, dass Kinder -egal welcher Herkunft oder Familiensprache- gleiche Bildungschancen bekommen
