Anforderungsprofil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Erzieher\*in
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit im U3-Bereich
  • Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Flexibilität, Selbstständigkeit, Lernbereitschaft
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit dem Situationsansatz
  • Marte Meo Practitioner wünschenswert (kann bei uns nachgeholt werden)
  • Identifikation mit dem Leitbild der Arbeiterwohlfahrt

Die Öffnungszeiten der Kindertagesstätte sind von 07:00 bis 16:00 Uhr.

(dienstags von 16 bis 18 Uhr Vorbereitungszeit, Dienstbesprechung, Teambesprechungen)

Geboten wird eine verantwortungsvolle, vielseitige Tätigkeit bei leistungsgerechter Bezahlung, interessante Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. interne Marte Meo Ausbildung sowie Unterstützung durch unsere interne Fachberatung.

\*\*Eintrittstermin:\*\* ab 01.10.2026

Stunden/Woche : 20-30 Std./ Woche

Vergütung : Tarif Soziales und Erziehung /TVöD
