  • Ihre Aufgaben als Erzieher:
  • Betreuung und Erziehung von Kindern im emotionalen und kognitiven Bereich
  • Planung und Durchführung von pädagogischen Angeboten
  • Organisation von Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung
  • Interdisziplinäre und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern/Erziehungsberechtigten und Heranwachsenden
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklung der zu Betreuenden
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Erzieher oder Sozialpädagogen
  • Geduld und Empathie für die Lebenswelt der Kinder
  • Teamfähigkeit und Toleranz
  • Kreativität und dennoch organisiertes Planungsvermögen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
  • Das und vieles mehr erwartet Sie bei uns:
  • Sicherheit durch ein unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis (GVP-Tarifvertrag)
  • Eine übertarifliche Vergütung mit bis zu 25€/Stunde je nach Qualifikation (Tarif + Zulage)
