Für unsere traumapädagogisch-therapeutische Intensivwohngruppe für Kinder auf und suchen dafür ab sofort engagierte Fachkräfte (30 - 39 Wochenstunden)

Das ist zu tun:

  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung des traumapädagogischen Konzepts im Gruppenalltag
  • Intensive (traumapädagogische) Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit mit den Kindern
  • als Betreuer:in bist du hauptverantwortlich für die Erziehungs- und Förderplanung für ein in der Wohngruppe lebendes Kind
  • Mitwirkung bei der Hilfeplanung, Erstellen von Entwicklungsberichten und Dokumentation
  • Alltagsmanagement und Freizeitgestaltung im Gruppendienst (inkl. Nachtbereitschaft und Wochenenddiensten)
