In unserem Familienzentrum Triangel Haaren betreuen wir inklusiv bis zu 70 Kinder im Alter von 1 bis 6 Jahren. Sie arbeiten in einem erfahrenen interdisziplinären Team mit guter Personalbesetzung. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet für 1 Jahr. Eine langfristige Perspektive ist gegeben.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als staatlich anerkannte/r Erzieher/in, Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Kindheitspädagoge/in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kindern mit Behinderung sind wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Empathie und Kreativität

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Förderung von Kindern mit und ohne Behinderung im Rahmen der vorliegenden Konzeption und dem Schutzkonzept für Kinder
  • Umfassende kontinuierlichen Beratung, familienorientierte Begleitung und Unterstützung der Eltern bzw. Sorgeberechtigten/Familien
  • Planung, Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Reflektion von Elternabenden, Festen, Feiern, Familienaktionen etc.
  • Dokumentation der Gruppenarbeit und Erstellung von individuellen Berichten
