  • Erzieher / pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Stellenumfang 50 %

## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Organisation des Tagesablaufes
  • Projektplanung und Durchführung
  • Dokumentation der Arbeit am Kind
  • Elterngespräche vorbereiten und durchführen
  • Anleiten von Praktikanten
  • Unterstützung der Gruppenleitung

## Wir erwarten:

  • Eine der Stelle entsprechende pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft Neues zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbständige, flexible und kooperative Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Tätigkeit
  • Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes
